Response 1

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you with regard to my incapability to cope with the heavy workload I currently have to contend with. I would like to withdraw from two courses.

Despite toiling this semester to work around the tight schedule of classes and work, I don't believe it will end well if I continue to try to compress my heavy workload into twenty-four hours when I'd truly need much more to make it all go smoothly. Rather than risking poor performance in a couple of my modules, I think it wise for me to withdraw from two courses, for the time being. I have chosen the two courses I have been unable to focus fully on and on which I've done the least work this semester. This will give me a better chance to focus on them when I decide to complete them the next semester so I can focus on the modules I've already done ample work on and understand well now.

For obvious reasons, I will not be able to opt to quit my job- I am sorely in need of funds. For this reason, I would like to inquire whether or not I will be able to receive a refund for the two courses I will be dropping, considering we're not even a full month into the semester. I would highly appreciate a refund.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards,
