The ebb and flow of industrial workers is as unpredictable as the stock market. One thing is an increasingly common pattern though; the migration of said industrial workers to more financially inclined and more developed areas. I feel that this movement of qualified professionals to wealthier countries or areas is not a sound concept in terms of the aide of the poorer counterparts of society.

Admittedly, every qualified professional has the desire to expand their potential in terms of living and also career-wise; developed, richer countries offer ample opportunity for that as opposed to less wealthy areas. The aim of pursuing said careers sometimes turns out to be to move away from the area they already live in, which may be a financially moderate environment.

However, career-desires aside, qualified professionals must realize that their profession and qualification gives them the opportunity and ability to implement good change in a society- especially a poor society in need of said change. It is expected of them to look beyond wanton desires and utilize their qualification to its full extent and help in poorer areas as much as they can. It takes a village to raise a child, it is then a moral duty for the child not to turn their back on people in need.

Conclusively, I am of the opinion that qualified professionals should look out for poor families before embarking on their journey to achieve a higher position.
