Dear Sir,
With reference to our telephonic conversation regarding accommodation, I am writing this to you for the official record. I have been granted admission in the University of Toronto in School of education. I am heading to complete my PhD and further my research in the recommended area. For this reason, extensive reading and a comfortable environment are highly recommended. My arrival is expected on the 13th of this month.
It would be highly appreciated if I would be allotted a separate cubical room where Wifi Internet is considered an extra privilege because it is required throughout my coursework and research. The excessive intervention of people could hamper the smooth learning process. For this reason, an isolated or partially separate room is the best option for me.
Kindly send me all details of the accommodation and the available facilities must be enlisted. Further, if the package includes some edible cost don’t forget to mention it. I am a vegetarian but sometimes eat seafood. If there are some alternatives kindly send me its specifications.
