Response 1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my concern about the information I have received regarding activity in my bank account that appears to be quite false.

Upon receiving written notification from the bank about two hundred and forty dollars being overdrawn from my bank account as well as the seventy dollars that will be taken directly from it, I was flabbergasted. Completely dumbfounded at the information of activity that I am clearly not responsible for, I immediately blamed the bank's carelessness in handling their data.

I have exercised caution when it comes to withdrawing money from my account and maintaining a healthy balance with what is deposited and taken away. I am sure I would not have withdrawn as large an amount to suddenly have two hundred and forty dollars overdrawn. However, my account may be subject to thievery due to the fact that I've requested the bank to block my previous bank card, which was stolen. I assume the bank hasn't done the job adequately or not at all- which wouldn't be surprising considering the fact that I have yet to receive the new bank card I ordered from you that I should have received at least a week ago. Please look into the matter immediately, as I have neither the patience nor the funds to deal with the cost of the situation.

I hope the situation is resolved soon.

Kind regards,
