It can easily be said that blaming other people is a talent that the majority of humanity seems to share. Saving the world, contrary to fictional media, is not a one-man job. If not guilty of destroying it, in my opinion, we should still be held accountable for helping to care for our planet. That job does not solely fall on either the government or individuals; rather on both.

Every human should feel inclined towards the caregiving of our planet. The government does not live on the planet, causing havoc without the rest of the citizens. Therefore, the damage caused to the planet that has ultimately led to climate change is a joined effort of the world's population in infinite inextricable ways and, as such, it should, naturally, be a joined effort to help the environment in an effort to reverse the catastrophic effects of climate change.

Some may argue that seeing as the government has infinitely more resources to combat the effects of climate change using various progressive techniques, they should be the entity primarily charged with the task. In my opinion, I think every little effort is needed- from both the government and the citizens- because while the governing body may be implementing techniques to riddle the effects of global warming, it would be necessary for the community to practice abstinence and care so as not to contribute to the damaging situation rather than helping to speed the process of planetary recovery. It would, theoretically, be a situation symbolic of the phrase "two steps forward, three steps back".

In conclusion, we can ascertain that I would opt for both the government and the community to work together and combine their efforts for the betterment of our planet.
